You may order the products displayed on this web site online. When you place your order, our payment partner PayPal will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. The email confirmation will be produced automatically allowing you to keep a record of your order details. The e-mail order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order requirements. In this instance you will be contacted to discuss any problems.

Prices...

Prices are shown on our web site, and include VAT at the current rate where applicable. While every effort is made to ensure the prices shown are accurate, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply at the checkout. We will give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for goods will be refunded in full.

All offers are available whilst stocks last. If we are unable to supply an item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible after receiving the order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically in your shopping basket and are clearly shown before you submit your payment details.

Our payment partner PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta. It is also possible to pay by cheque using PayPal - please visit www.paypal.co.uk for further information. To ensure maximum security when shopping with us, your credit/debit details are not stored on our servers. Money is debited from your account at the end of the checkout process.

Delivery...

UK Destinations...
Delivery is made by courier - Next Working Day. Orders must be received by 1.00pm Monday - Thursday to ensure Next Day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Europe and World Wide Destinations...
We are unable to deliver outside the United Kingdom.

We make every effort to process and despatch your goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not received within the delivery time we quote, please contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns...

If you feel the item you have ordered is not delivered in prime condition, you should contact us immediatly.
