We have over 200 cheeses in our shop all carefully selected by ourselves, Eric Charriaux & Amnon Paldi who have the benefit of years of experience working with the top UK restaurants and artisanal cheese producers. |
We pick the best cheeses and we also mature more and more British cheeses in our maturing rooms in Oxfordshire in order to deliver them to you in prime condition and with maximum flavour.
