La Cave à Fromage is our wonderful cheese shop in South Kensington, London offering a wide selection of farmhouse cheeses, which you can also buy here on-line. When eaten, our cheeses will bring to the palate all the aromas and flavours commonly found in traditional farmhouse cheeses.
Our passion is to source the very best of French & British cheeses from farmers, dairies & affineurs. We have over 200 cheeses in our shop all carefully selected by ourselves, Eric Charriaux & Amnon Paldi who have the benefit of years of experience working with the top UK restaurants and artisanal cheese producers. |

Cheese is simple, it is mainly made of milk, but, at the same time complex because of its diversity. Cheese is totally integrated in nature and based on secular savoir faire and human skills. We simply want to keep up with traditions and bring them into our modern world.
